RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q1.  What is the return policy for Kurv Haus?

Kurv Haus believes in quality; therefore if you are not 100% happy with an article of clothing, you are able to make a return within 7 days of receiving your order from the post office.  An online store credit will be issued via the email you provided with your order. Once we have received your return please allow up to 72 hours for processing the method in which the purchase was paid. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS.

Q3.  What items are final sale?

Clearance items, shape wear, jewelry, handbags, other accessories and items purchased from certain promotional sales are final sale items.  Final Sale means that no changes can be made. If you return a final sale item, we will not issue a store credit or refund and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

All purchases made with partial or full gift certificates (Store Credit/Merchandise Credit) are final sale no return or exchange

Q2.  Which items are eligible for return?

You may return unworn, unwashed, & unused items within 7 days of the shipping date for a full return.  Items must have all tags attached and be in the original condition. Please be aware if you return a garment that has cigarette smoke, odours, perfume, deodorant, makeup, snags, etc., we will not accept the return and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return item(s). Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email kurvhaus@gmail.com for assistance before returning. Kurv Haus reserves the right to refuse any return attempt that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.

All items should be sent with delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost packages. We send all packages via Canada Post and recommend sending items back to us using Canada Post or USPS for those in the US.

Q5.  Can I get something sent to me in exchange for my returned item so I don’t have to pay shipping again?

We do not do online order exchanges.  Items often times sell out before we receive customer returns and for our records a new order would need to be made. 

Q6.  What is Store Credit? How does it work?

When returning any item from an online purchase we will issue an online store credit to the email provided to us from the order.

In-Store returns will be issued store credit via gift card or customers can use their return amount towards a new purchase the day of.

 

Store credits never expire. We will not replace any form of store credit if it's misplaced or lost.

 

All purchases made with partial or full store credits or gift cards are FINAL SALE.
